So the main character of Open Your Window is Romeo. And his roomate is René, who depending on the ocassion dons the most femenine dresses you can imagine, or pants and shapeless shirts. Or goth fashion. And wheter René is a man who crossdresses, or a girl who dislikes femenine things and only dons dresses for her nightjob was something I always liked to leave to the reader's imaginations (Just so you guys know, when the last issue was published, the poll was 50%/50%). The upshot of all this is that whetever you like yaoi, het or yuri, René could star on that story . So for the 'All my characters' series, I couldn't choose a gender, so here s/he is, both genders togheter (and they could be twins... I never thought of THAT possibility, mostly because Romeo knew René is only one person). The colors and clothes come both from my love of Detective stories -especially Noir stories- and my newfound love for Sin City.
I like the way the dress came out. I know its a real pain in the ass to get a dress right.
So There. Congrats ))

I'm pretty sure that doesn't mean what you think it means.
Thanks! Chicago is one of my favorite movies, and I took a lot of inspiration from there, I almost styled Rene's hair as Roxie in the sketch, even. The only bad thing about REne is that is a pain to remember not to use gender-defined nouns.

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
